| First, I have to say what a pleasure it was to meet up with Michael, Joel, and Mark for a SharePint at IAD prior to our shared flight to Buenos Aires, where we've been met so far by Paul Swider, and anxiously await completing the STP South America circuit with Dan Holme, and Ricardo Munoz, our host on the continent.

Next I have to say that Buenos Aires is a gorgeous city (if too hot at 93 degrees and humid as all get-out ... I feel like I left a D.C. winter for a D.C. summer ... yeah, I didn't think I'd get much pity from those in winter climes, but I'm just saying it's hot is all). We found a great little joint for lunch on Lavaca just a couple blocks from our hotel. Buenos Aires is a fantastic walking city, as we learned over a couple of hours while walking off lunch. The look and feel here is very European, with Spain coming to my mind most frequently so far ... as urban as Barcelona, but as romantic as Seville. Me and my STP colleagues are thrilled to be here, and very much looking forward to tomorrow's event ... but I'm going to make this post brief since we've got more touring of this beautiful city to see before we sit down to dinner tonight.
Here are a few of my city pics, but stay tuned for links to the other guys' galleries ... including the requisite foodie shots, lots of stunning scenery, and much, much more...
