Joel was the first dedicated SharePoint Administrator. He's been working with SharePoint over 11 years and worked at Microsoft in both IT and the product teams including architecting the first rollout of Microsoft's own global search, intranet, enterprise collaboration platform and extranet. On the Technical Product Management team he managed the IT Professional audience in the SharePoint 2007 rollout.

Ariel Garcia Sobrino From Argentina
A veteran of the technology, Ariel García Sobrino has been working with SharePoint since the first version (SharePoint 2001!). Fabián Imaz has been a SharePoint Server MVP for the past 3 years. He’s been working as a SharePoint Architect in Siderys Elite Software, where he is a Partner, for the past 5 years, making several SharePoint implementations in different countries.

Mauricio Grimberg From Argentina
Mauricio began to operate computers in civil engineering at the age of 15. In the early 1990s he developed systems based on spreadsheets. He was one of the first people programming XML in Argentina (since 1998). As a .Net expert since 2001, his entry into the Sharepoint platform allowed him to integrate all his experience.
